Admin Assistant (Contract, PJ) - Capita Kuala Lumpur

- Persiaran Tropicana, Petaling Jaya (accessible by bus, not LRT)

- Contract: 1 year (renewable or converted to permanent)

- Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)

- For a beverage company

- RM1500 to RM2200 + Transport Allowance RM300

- Job scope:

  • Mainly assist the sales team in administration tasks
  • Download/Submission PO
  • Update monthly SOA (Statement of Account)
  • Daily Sales Report
  • Annual Leave & Medical Leave Form for Outstation Employee
  • Raise purchase requisition (PR) / purchase order (PO)
  • Data entry and Tabulation

- Requirements: Diploma holder or above, minimum 1 year of admin experience, familiar with Microsoft Excel functions
