Admin Assistant - Jotex Sdn Bhd Seremban

Job Descriptions:

  • To provide full administration support to ensure the efficient running of the office
  • To maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in efficient manner.Assist in day to day operational task.
  • Maintain records, database, and filing of documentations.
  • Call customers to remind on payments
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Data entry and record up-dating.
  • Handle customer enquiries


  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any relevant discipline.
  • At least 2-5 years working experience
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Required skill(s): good personality, independent and professional work ethics, good communication skills in Mandarin , Cantonese English
  • Willing to learn and committed to work.
  • Able to work in Seremban 2
  • Can start work IMMEDIATELY
