Assistant Manager - Marketing Services (Digital) - U Mobile Kuala Lumpur

Job Purpose:
Drive the day-to-day operations of all Self-owned Digital Channels and Project Lead for all Digital Communications (self-owned) including Go To Market launches and content updates.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Management and Maintenance of Self-owned Digital platforms/E-Channels
  • To maintain and update all self-owned digital platforms with accurate and functional content provided by the product owners in a timely and presentable manner.
  • To identify and resolve issues / project risks arising and beforehand from any self-owned E-channels through troubleshooting and coordination with internal teams and vendors.
  • To monitor health and performance of all self-owned E-Channels and provide reporting, analysis and documentation.
  • Assist in developing digital customer journey for self-owned Digital platforms (including all E-Channels).
  • Campaign planning, management and to provide proper planning and traffic management.

2. Project QC, deliverables and communication:
  • To drive day-to-day requests and communication with various stakeholders to resolve issues and provide strategic value to projects and tasks.
  • To ensure on time quality deliverables with proper checking /testing/ sign-offs in place.

3. Agencies Management
  • Liaison for online advertising and creative/ digital agency.
  • Responsible for planning of all self-owned digital platforms ecosystem.

Key Experiences and Qualifications:
  • Proven and good digital knowledge/experience and have strong understanding skills coupled with strong data driven marketing approach/analytical mind-set and critical thinking.
  • Passionate about digital growth, brand building and creativity.
  • Previous experience and excellent track record in executing integrated digital campaigns.
  • Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results.
  • Highly motivated self-starter and team player.
